The Site is owned and operated by the IALFD, a Federal organisation incorporated under the laws of LEGO® County, having its principle office in LEGO® County. The IALFD maintains the Site for your personal entertainment and information. Please feel free to browse the Site. You may download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, home personal use only, provided you keep intact all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices. You may not, however, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way the contents of this Site including the text, images, audio and video for public or commercial purposes, without written permission from the IALFD.

1. You should assume that everything you see or read on this Site is protected by copyright unless otherwise stated and may only be used according to these Terms and Condtions. The IALFD does not warrant or represent that your use of materials displayed on this Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with the IALFD. Images are either the property of, or used with permission by, the IALFD. The use of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions. 1a. The IALFD witholds the right to deny any user acces to the site or ban any user without a reason, but will in most cases substantiate this with a reason. Also does the IALFD withold the right to close certain parts of the website for non-registered and non-IALFD members. Only IALFD-members will have full acces to all functions of the IALFD-website.

1b. Administrators and Moderators on the website have full control and they are there to help users, answer questions and mediate in disagreements, but in the end they are responsible for the smooth running of the site and forums and thus can use their powers to make it so.

1c. Membership applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee of the IALFD. They will review any application, which has been received an will base their decision on the rules & regulations for Membership. The Committee then will notify the applicant of their decision.

1d. The applicant for Membership can apply once for an appeal with the Administrators of the IALFD, if he/she finds the decision of the Membership Committee was not correct.

2. The IALFD uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date
information on the Site. However, the IALFD makes no warranties or
representations as to the accuracy of the information. the IALFD assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the contents of this Site.

3. Furthermore, your use of and browsing in this Site is at your risk.
Neither the IALFD nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site.
